The project features thoughtfully planned 3 BHK and 4 BHK luxury apartments with expansive layouts (approx. 2,850 – 3,810 sq ft), along with 1 BHK and 2 BHK service residences designed for flexibility and investment potential. Each unit is crafted to ensure privacy, comfort, and abundant natural light.

Designed in collaborative partnership with ELIE SAAB Maison, the project combines Italian craftsmanship with luxurious décor elements and bespoke furniture pieces. Shared spaces and interiors are conceived to reflect refined taste, artistic expression, and high standards of quality.
